The organic pulled pork at East Gourmet Chinese Super Buffet was out of this world! Plus, the room heater kept me cozy despite a little highway noise. And let's not forget about those comfy beds-definitely a highlight!

The manager seemed a bit abrupt. I wasn't ready for a 10 AM checkout, and having my door knocked on at 10:20 AM while I was dressing was just strange. As for breakfast? Definitely didn't measure up-no eggs, no fruit, just dry cereal and stale honey buns!

Staff very courteous and helpful. The location of the motel was close to everything that we needed. The cost for one night's stay is more than reasonable. Would stay again.

There was no coffee 24/7. Most hotels have coffee at least in the main lobby or snack room/break room. We had to constantly ask the cleanup personel for coffee packets if we wanted any coffee at all.

Room temperature control needs work!!! Rude management regarding checkout times!!! Plumbing issues, like toilets needing multiple flushes, detracted from comfort!!!

No complaints anywhere. Room that clean & bed that comfy, i would have expected to pay $20.00 more. So it was a really great deal. Would stay there again if i needed to be out that way.

It was about 40 mins from my destination, Robbers Cave State Park, but that was bad planning on my part.

The room had a fantastic black-out curtain, which really helped block out light for quality sleep. The bed was new and surprisingly nice compared to other budget options.

Unfortunately, the experience was marred by several significant issues. The plumbing is not well-maintained. The toilet required two flushes, less than ideal. The bathroom door had signs of extensive water damage, and it was quite uncomfortable to stand in ankle-deep water while showering. Breakfast fell short. It lacked variety and freshness, with only cheap honey buns and dry cereal. Noise was another problem, with thin walls allowing street and neighbor sounds to cut through-definitely not great for light sleepers.

Good location in the middle of jackson, very amiable staff, everything was excellent. The room I got was updated and spotless with the internet, a/c and all the usual amenities. Location: the hotel was not far from store and also gas station, and restaurants centers...

suitable place for a 1-night stay. a wide range of meals for breakfast, including coffee and muffins. staff was very amiable and attentive, and facilities were clean here.

Y'all, I appreciated how clean the room was and the staff were as sweet as pie. That black-out curtain made it easy for me to catch some z's. Just wish the bathroom was a bit bigger-there ain't much room to wiggle around in there, bless your heart.

The water pressure was bad. If driving bring your own pillow unless you lsuper soft.

So clean and tranquil, such a lovely retreat for families.
